Optosense Tube Furnaces are precision heat treatment systems with operating temperatures in the range of 1200-1700°C. It stores the temperature-time graphics obtained with its Windows 7” touch screen and enables them to be transferred to the external environment by a USB. With ±1 °C programming accuracy, it can keep 50 different recipes with 30 steps in its memory.

Optosense Tube Furnaces can be produced with special tube sizes and many heating zones according to the demands of the users. Ovens can have 1-3 heating zones; each zone of multizone tube furnaces can be programmed independently from each other.

The systems are suitable to be converted into CVD systems by integrating with Optosense brand MFC units.

Systems include process tubes and stainless steel flanges.

Tube Furnaces have 1200C, 1400C, and 1700C maximum temperatures.
